We either custom make your order ourselves or order in from fellow Australian manufacturers so allow 2 to 4 weeks as a rule of thumb. Occasionally an order will come from overseas allow 8/10 weeks.
We offer a 7 year manufacturer’s warranty on our range of plantation shutters. Blinds and curtains warranty will vary based on the manufacturer’s terms. On top of this we offer 2 years of installation cover/warranty.
Most panels are installed so that they can move, nearly all are hinged so think “cupboard door”. Sliding or bifold systems will move to access windows.
Majority of our products are made in-house. Our Blinds are made in a warehouse in Bankstown and we also source made to measure materials from overseas.
Our range of plantation shutters are easy to clean and maintain. Just use soapy warm water and a soft cloth. Extremely easy!
Yes, if a blade gets damaged they are easily replaced. Rest assured, we will be happy to repair damages for the small cost in the future. Just talk to our staff immediately you are aware of the damage.
